Shannon Beare Conveyancing provides residential conveyancing services with a clear focus on personal service, careful attention to detail, and straightforward communication throughout your property transaction.
Shannon has been working in conveyancing since 2006 and brings nearly two decades of practical experience to every matter. She qualified via the CILEX route, studying while working full time rather than following the traditional university pathway. This hands-on route is something Shannon is proud of and reflects her down-to-earth, practical approach to client care.
After progressing through a range of roles, including fee earner and later equity partner, Shannon chose to work independently so she could focus fully on her clients rather than managing high caseloads or administrative pressures.
Working independently through the solicitors’ firm Taylor Rose, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, each matter is handled personally from instruction through to completion. Clients deal directly with Shannon throughout, with clear explanations, regular updates, and a focus on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
