The sale and/or purchase process usually takes 8 - 12 weeks but this can vary depending on a variety of factors. Auction sales and purchases usually have much tighter time scales to work towards. If you have a particular time scale in mind, whilst I cannot make any promises when not everything is in my control, please let me know and we can discuss this in more detail.
